Charlotte Radiology

Having served the Mecklenburg and surrounding counties since 1967, Charlotte Radiology is one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the nation. In addition to offering 24/7 coverage for 19 hospitals, they also own and operate 14 breast centers, 5 mobile units (mammography and MRI), 2 vein centers and several vascular and interventional clinics. Charlotte Radiology also jointly owns and reads for 5 Carolinas Imaging Services locations.

The campaign - pink pint night 2017

To kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pink Pint Night brings the Charlotte community together to support an amazing cause. The event is free to the public and consistently draws 600+ patrons, all who come together to enjoy live music, a silent auction, food trucks, and an exclusive "pink" brew.

the goal

This annual event raises critical funds for Levine Cancer Institute: Project Pink, providing life-saving mammograms to local, uninsured women. Our goal was to promote the Pink Night event to the Charlotte community through paid advertisements and local targeting while highlighting key event details (location, free entry, silent auction, live music, food truck, NoDa's exclusive pink brew) and promoting VIP status at the event through donations of $150 (the cost of a mammogram).

Preston Dental Loft 

Preston Dental Loft works to provide people with any and all of their dental needs. Dr. Meenal Patel strives to create positive experiences, especially for those who have had an unpleasant dental experience in the past or those who just want the most beautiful smile possible. The campaign - Cary Cares makeover campaign

In August, Preston Dental Loft began the search for 3 women in the Cary area who deserved an entire day dedicated to making them feel special. The nomination process was designed to be broad and open to interpretation. We couldn’t have begun to imagine the wide variety of stories and nominations Dr. Patel would receive. From the hard-working and dedicated entrepreneur, to the mother who continuously puts her children first and herself last, Preston Dental Loft was introduced to some pretty incredible people.

The goal for this campaign was to build community partnerships with other local businesses, to support and give back to women in the Cary community and to raise awareness of Preston Dental Loft and Dr. Patel's commitment to service.

Rich & Bennett

Who are Rich and Bennett? Well, they’re just two guys who started a pub crawl 17 years ago with friends and never expected anything like this. Pub crawl season is unlike any other in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina. ‘Tis the season where Rich & Bennett paint the town green with their 20,000+ custom event t-shirts & koozies to keep your beverage cold (because that’s important), and 10 Prepay Events all leading up to Crawl Day.

The Campaign - St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl 2017

Since the pub crawl’s inception in 2001, it has continuously grown in size, and popularity making it the World’s Largest Pub Crawl.  Participants travel to the Queen City from as far away as Ireland, and Brazil to as close as South Carolina, and neighboring towns. In addition, organic content was posted multiple times a day throughout the campaign to educate participants on the company, pub crawl, pub crawl rules and policies, dates/times/location, participating bars, prepay events. People were also available to answer any questions throughout the campaign and the day of the crawl.

The campaign's goal was to live up to the "World's Largest Pub Crawl" name by continuously growing each year. To do this, we planned and executed multiple Facebook ad campaigns to increase awareness and other aspects of the event. We hoped to drive traffic to Rich & Bennett website(s) - R&B Swag Store, Online Ticketing System (Ticketssoeasy.com to purchase tickets), spread awareness of the Pub Crawl event, and promote contests and giveaways.
